Deleting your data
This page explains how to remove a connected account, and how to delete everything Janowski Advisory Group LLC, trading as My Digital AI Empire holds about you.
1. Removing a connected Instagram or YouTube account
This is immediate and you do it yourself.
- Sign in and open Your accounts.
- Press Disconnect next to the account.
- Confirm.
The access token and everything stored for that connection are deleted at that moment. Nothing is posted to that account again unless you connect it a second time.
You can also remove our access from the platform's own settings — in Instagram, under Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites; in Google, under Third-party apps & services. Doing it there stops our access straight away, and we delete the stored connection when we next see that the token no longer works.
2. Deleting your whole account
Email mfjanowski@gmail.com from the address on your account, with Delete my account as the subject. We do not ask you for a reason.
We confirm by email when it is done, within 30 days and usually much sooner. Deleted:
- Your account, sign-in details, brand profile and settings.
- Every connected account and access token.
- Your videos, the text written for them, and your storefront and products.
3. What we keep, and why
Two things survive an account deletion, and neither is a choice we make:
- Payment records — the transaction history our payment provider and our accountant are required to keep for tax and anti-fraud law.
- Anything already published — a post that is live on your own Instagram, YouTube or TikTok account belongs to that account. Deleting your data here does not take it down. Delete it in that app.
4. Someone else's data
If you bought a product from a member storefront and want your purchase record removed, email us at the same address with the email you used to buy.
