This policy explains how My Digital AI Empire ("we," "us") collects and uses information when you use My Digital AI Empire (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
- Account info: your name, email, password (stored hashed), brand details, and niche.
- Google Sign-In: if you choose “Continue with Google,” Google shares your name and email address with us to create or access your account. We never receive your Google password.
- Payment info: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. We keep records of transactions, payout (Connect) status, and amounts.
- Content you create: the topics you submit and the products the Service generates for you.
- Usage & device data: basic logs, IP address, and browser information for security and operation.
- Storefront visitors: if you buy from a member storefront, we collect your email and purchase details to deliver your product and record the sale.
2. How we use it
To create and operate your account, generate products, run storefronts and checkout, process payments and referral payouts, provide support, send service and marketing emails (you can opt out of marketing), prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with the law.
3. Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with service providers who help us run the Service:
- Stripe — payments, payouts, and identity verification.
- Anthropic — AI generation of your product content from the topics you submit.
- Brevo — sending email.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies only — a login session cookie to keep you signed in, and cookies set by Stripe to process payments securely. These are required for the Service to work. We do not currently use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If we add analytics or advertising pixels in the future, we will update this policy and provide a consent option where required.
5. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes.
6. Your choices & rights
You can access or update your account information, opt out of marketing emails, and request that we delete your account data (subject to records we must keep for legal and financial reasons). Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or limit use of your information. To make a request, contact us below.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and hashed passwords. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
