Partner Agreement

This Agreement is between you (the “Partner”) and Janowski Advisory Group LLC, trading as My Digital AI Empire (“we,” “us”). It covers promoting My Digital AI Empire in exchange for commission. By ticking the acceptance box you agree to all of it. If you do not agree, do not join the programme.

1. What a Partner is — and is not

• A Partner promotes My Digital AI Empire and earns commission on people who join through their link. That is the whole arrangement.
• You pay us nothing. There is no joining fee, no monthly fee, and nothing to buy, ever. Any person or site telling you otherwise is not us.
• You are not a member. You do not get the tools, the Product Studio, a storefront, the community or the back office, and being a Partner is not a route to them. If you want those, join as a member like anyone else.
• You are an independent contractor. This is not employment, a job, a franchise, a business opportunity, a partnership in the legal sense, or an agency. You have no authority to make any promise, contract or commitment on our behalf.
• You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a contract.
• We can only pay people in countries our payment provider serves. If yours is not on that list we cannot accept you, however good your promotion is.

2. What you earn

• 60% of the joining fee — currently $58.20 on a $97 join.
• 40% of the monthly membership — currently $7.60 a month, every month that person keeps paying. There is no cut-off after twelve months and no cap.
• Commission is earned only on a payment that actually clears. A started-but-unpaid checkout earns nothing.
• Prices and commission rates can change. We will tell you before a change takes effect. A change never reduces commission already earned and settled.
• We do not promise you any amount of income. What you make depends entirely on your own work and results. See section 5.

3. Getting paid

• You are paid through our payment provider. You must complete their identity and bank details before any money can move; until then your commission sits as pending. This is a legal requirement on us, not a choice.
• Commission is held for a short settling period, and paid once your balance reaches the stated minimum.
• Payments are made net of the transfer cost charged by the payment provider. Those fees vary by country and are set by the provider, not by us.
• Chargebacks and reversals reverse the commission. If a payment from someone you referred is later reversed or charged back, the related commission is cancelled and deducted from your current or future balance. My Digital AI Empire does not give refunds, so this is uncommon.
• You are responsible for your own taxes. We may need to collect a tax form from you and report what we pay you. If you do not give us the tax details we are required to hold, we cannot pay you.

4. Rule one: always say you are paid

Every single time you recommend us, you must tell people you earn money if they join. This is US law — the FTC Endorsement Guides — and it is not optional, not even once.

• Say it where the recommendation is, not on a separate page, not in a profile bio, not in a linked disclosure, and not below a “more” cut-off that a reader has to tap to open.
• Say it before the link, not after it.
• Say it in the same form as the recommendation. If you recommend us out loud in a video, say it out loud — on-screen text alone is not enough. If it is a short video, it must be both said and shown, and left up long enough to read.
• Use plain words. “I get paid if you join through my link” or “paid partnership” or “affiliate link.” Not “sp,” not “#ad” buried in a wall of hashtags, not “thanks to my partners,” not an asterisk.
• A platform’s own paid-partnership label is welcome but does not replace your own words.

5. Rule two: never promise money

You may not say or imply that anyone will earn a particular amount, or earn anything at all.

• Not allowed: “make $10k a month,” “replace your income,” “quit your job,” “passive income while you sleep,” “guaranteed,” “this pays for itself,” “most people make…”, or any screenshot of earnings presented as what a newcomer can expect.
• Nor may you imply it with pictures — cash, luxury cars, a rented villa, a dashboard full of sales — or with a story that ends in a number.
• Your own results are still an earnings claim. Being true does not make it allowed. Almost nobody gets a typical result, and one person’s figures are never a reasonable basis for what someone else will earn.
• You may not present a hypothetical as a forecast: “just 5 sales a day is $4,300 a month” is an earnings claim, not maths.
• What you may say: what the tools do, what they cost, what they replace, what you personally use them for, and why you like them. Describe the product. Do not price the outcome.

If you are unsure whether a line crosses this, ask us first. We would far rather answer a question than remove an account.

6. Rule three: only say what is true

• Do not describe features we do not have, prices we do not charge, or terms we do not offer.
• Do not invent testimonials, reviews, ratings, endorsements or user numbers, and do not use AI to fabricate a person, a voice or a face saying they use us.
• Do not claim to be us, to work for us, or to speak for us. Do not use a name, handle, logo, domain or email that suggests you are My Digital AI Empire or an official account.
• Do not imply anyone endorses, sponsors or is affiliated with us when they do not — including any celebrity, brand, platform, news outlet or government body.
• Do not pass off our screenshots or videos as your own work, and do not alter them.
• Anything you claim about us, you must be able to back up. Keep whatever you relied on.

7. Email, messages and calls

If you email or message people about us, the law that applies to us applies to you, and a violation of yours is a violation of ours. So:

• Only mail people who agreed to hear from you. No bought, scraped, rented or harvested lists.
• Every email needs a truthful subject line, a real physical postal address, a working one-click unsubscribe, and opt-outs honoured promptly.
• Never send mail that looks like it came from us, from our domain, or from an address designed to be mistaken for ours.
• No unsolicited texts, WhatsApp, DMs at scale, or automated calls. No spam comments and no mass tagging.

8. Things you may not do

• No bidding on our name. Do not buy search or social ads on “My Digital AI Empire,” our domain, or close misspellings, and do not use our name in an ad’s display URL.
• No referring yourself. Not you, not your own second account, not your household, not an account you control. Commission on a self-referral is cancelled.
• No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden frames, pop-unders, auto-redirects, browser extensions, or any method that sets a referral without a real person deciding to click.
• No coupon, discount, deal or cashback listings, and do not invent a discount code.
• No trademark, copyright or likeness infringement, and no domain that contains our brand.
• No promotion on or alongside adult, hateful, violent, illegal, gambling, or misleading-medical content, and nothing aimed at children.
• No promising rewards, prizes, cash or anything of value to someone for joining through your link.
• No reselling, sublicensing or transferring your Partner account, and no linking your commission to recruiting other Partners.

9. We check, and we can switch you off

• We review Partner promotion and keep records of what we find. We may ask you to show us where you have promoted us, and to take something down.
• We may suspend or close a Partner account at any time, with or without reason. Suspension stops earning immediately.
• If you break sections 4 to 8, we may cancel unpaid commission and reclaim commission already paid on the affected referrals.
• We may end the programme, or change this Agreement, at any time. If we change it materially we will tell you, and you will be asked to accept the new version. Continuing to promote us after a change means you accept it.
• You can leave whenever you like. Commission properly earned before you leave is still paid, subject to sections 3 and 9.

10. You cover us if you cause a problem

You agree to cover us for any claim, penalty, fine or cost — including reasonable legal fees — that arises from something you said, sent, posted or did while promoting us, or from your breach of this Agreement. This survives the end of the Agreement.

11. Limits

The programme is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits or expected commission. Our total liability to you is limited to the commission we paid you in the three months before the claim.

12. Privacy

We record who joins through your link so we can pay you. You are told the fact of a join and what you earned — not that person’s private details. Anything you learn about our members or our business through the programme is confidential and may not be used for anything else.

13. Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part of it is unenforceable, the rest still stands. This Agreement, together with our Terms, Privacy Policy and Earnings Disclaimer, is the whole arrangement between us.
